Berlin Industries works diligently to reduce our environmental impact. We exceed stringent EPA and OSHA standards by using a regenerative thermal oxidation or a Regen. RTOs have gained worldwide acceptance as viable pollution control alternatives due to ever-rising fuel costs and environmental agency's' efforts to clean up the lowest emitters of VOCs.

Our revolutionary aqueous-based plate-making chemistry eliminates all toxic chemicals and our fountain solution is 100% phosphate free. We use non-toxic soy inks, which allow for safer recycling and impact on the environment while in production. We upgraded to all new lighting in our manufacturing facility that conserves energy and costs.

Berlin has reduced landfill usage by two thirds by recycling wood, plastics and more than 21 million pounds of paper per year. Throughout our facility we promote conservation, recycling and efficient use of energy to minimize the impact on the environment, reduce operating costs and provide a safe, clean work place for our employees.

Berlin is certified as an FSC Chain of Custody Company, committed to sound forest stewardship. The Forest Stewardship Council is a non-profit organization devoted to encouraging the responsible management of the world's forests.
